Job summary

Callen-Lenz is seeking a Business Development Manager in Salisbury to drive market understanding, planning and opportunity pursuit across aerospace initiatives. You will lead strategy, engage key customers and collaborate with Capture and Project teams to win bids and grow the business.

The role requires BD experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer focus. UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in business development in aerospace/defence is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy/marketing plans and country plans.
• Lead customer engagement and Capture activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and bid teams across markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and win strategies.
