Job summary

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a Business Development & Communications Manager in London. The role focuses on driving client engagement and elevating the firm's responsible business agenda, with hybrid working three days in the office.

You will lead client-facing programmes, collaborate with BD, marketing and communications teams, and support senior spokespeople with messaging and external opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within professional services.
• Strong understanding of inclusion and responsible business issues, including sustainability, wellbeing and social impact.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial, client-focused and confident working with senior professionals.
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience using client and pipeline data.
• Proactive, creative, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a strategic responsible business client engagement programme.
• Build relationships with priority clients through events, campaigns, alliances and tailored opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen responsible business messaging and client relationships.
• Support senior spokespeople with positioning, content, social media and external speaking opportunities.
• Lead content initiatives, including podcasts, campaigns and events, and track engagement and ROI.
• Contribute responsible business insight and messaging to pitches and wider business development activity.
• Collaborate across BD, marketing and communications teams globally, using data and AI tools to improve impact.
