Job summary

Ambition, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Business Development & Communications Manager to drive client engagement and elevate the responsible business agenda in London.

The role leads content initiatives, events and campaigns, partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and messaging. Hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience in professional services.
• Strong understanding of inclusion and responsible business issues (sustainability, wellbeing, social impact).
• Excellent project and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial, client-focused and confident with senior professionals.
• Strong analytical and research skills using client and pipeline data.
• Proactive, creative, organised with multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
