Confidential, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Business Development & Communications Manager to drive client engagement and raise the profile of its responsible business agenda in London. The role will partner with senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams across BD, marketing, and communications.

Location: London. Hybrid working—minimum three days per week in the office.

• Proven business development experience within professional services.
• Strong understanding of inclusion and responsible business issues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver a strategic responsible business client engagement programme.
• Build relationships with priority clients through events, campaigns, alliances and tailored opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen responsible business messaging and client relationships.
• Support senior spokespeople with positioning, content, social media and external speaking opportunities.
• Lead content initiatives, including podcasts, campaigns and events, and track engagement and ROI.
• Contribute responsible business insight and messaging to pitches and wider business development activity.
• Collaborate across BD, marketing and communications teams globally, using data and AI tools to improve impact.
