TaiSan Motors Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Partnership Lead to develop and manage strategic partnerships with battery manufacturers, OEMs and research organisations.

You will translate customer requirements into technical programmes and pilot projects, leading initial technical discussions with engineers and scientists. This role is not purely commercial and requires strong battery tech knowledge to drive long-term collaborations across the UK, Europe and internationally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline related to batteries.
• Strong understanding of rechargeable battery technologies.
• Experience in partnerships, business development or technology commercialization is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with battery manufacturers, OEMs and mobility/energy-storage partners.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with prospective customers and partners.
• Translate customer requirements into technical programmes and pilot projects.
• Prepare technical–commercial presentations, proposals and partnership documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior technical and commercial stakeholders across the battery ecosystem.
• Represent TaiSan at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partners across the UK, Europe and internationally.
• Support negotiations relating to commercial agreements and development programmes.
