Equans Sci‑Tech is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives from our Manchester base, on a 10-month fixed-term basis. You will develop end-to-end campaigns, align with sales and customer success, and elevate brand presence across digital channels.

You will craft content for the company website and social channels, support events, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance.

Formación

• Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies with digital, content and event focus.
• Strong collaboration with sales and customer success to drive aligned marketing efforts.
• Excellent project management, deadlines and budget discipline.
• Proficient in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation, with SEO knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in science and technology sectors.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns, including audience targeting, copywriting, design collaboration and multi-channel delivery.
• Strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement via website and social media content.
• Coordinate events and webinars, manage logistics and lead-gen tactics.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals.
