Equans Sci-Tech in Didsbury, Manchester, is recruiting a Marketing Manager on a 10-month fixed-term basis. The role leads strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, elevate the brand and strengthen client engagement.

Based mainly in Manchester with some travel to regional offices, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, craft data-driven campaigns, and enhance brand visibility across digital channels and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.
• Strong focus on digital, content and event marketing.
• Collaborative work across Sales and Customer Success to drive aligned efforts.
• Analytical mindset using data, segmentation and metrics to tailor messaging.
• Excellent project management, deadlines and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to support business growth in science and technology sectors.
• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels within timelines.
• Strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement through content for website and social media.
• Support and coordinate participation in events and webinars with lead generation.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance; use insights to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
