Job summary

Buy It Direct is expanding its business sales team to build strong relationships with new and existing business customers and drive growth. You will manage your own portfolio, focusing on upselling and delivering great customer service, with a structured approach to meeting monthly targets.

You’ll handle a mix of outbound (50–85 calls daily) and inbound inquiries, using consultative questioning to understand needs and offer suitable IT products.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates with experience in B2B sales, retail sales or account management.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing business customers.
• Grow and manage your own account portfolio and drive repeat business.
• Make outbound calls (50–85 per day) and handle inbound inquiries.
• Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative approach.
