Job summary

Buy It Direct is seeking a confident, enthusiastic B2B sales specialist to join our business sales team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of business customers, build strong relationships and drive repeat business with a consultative approach.

You’ll handle outbound and inbound enquiries, work towards monthly targets and KPIs, and leverage your IT product knowledge to upsell where it makes sense. Full training provided and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, retail sales or account management.
• Confident on the phone and target-driven.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of IT products and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing business customers.
• Grow and manage accounts to drive repeat business.
• Handle outbound calls (50–85 per day) and inbound enquiries.
• Achieve monthly targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Use consultative approach to recommend products and upsell where appropriate.
