Aylesford School Warwick invites applications for the role of Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour and Attitudes. This is a pivotal leadership post within our newly formed senior leadership team at a 4–16 all-through school in the West Midlands.

You will lead behaviour, culture and student conduct with high expectations and a commitment to inclusion, working closely with a team of Heads of Year and pastoral staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for behaviour, culture and student conduct to create an inclusive environment where all students thrive.
• Lead a team of five Heads of Year and a pastoral administrator to drive consistency and excellence in behaviour and attitudes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and external partners to continually improve behaviour and attitudes to learning.
• Support the school's broader leadership agenda and work with senior leaders to raise standards across the 4–16 all-through school.
