Job summary

Aylesford School is seeking an ambitious Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour and Attitudes (Secondary) to join its senior leadership team and drive positive behaviours across the school.

You will provide strategic leadership for behaviour, culture and student conduct, line-manage a team of Heads of Year and a pastoral administrator, and work with families and partners to raise achievement and create an inclusive, high-expectations environment.
