As AssistantHeadteacher: Behaviour and Attitudes, you will provide strategic leadership forbehaviour, culture and student conduct, helping to create a positive andinclusive environment where all students can thrive. You will lead a team offive Heads of Year, an experienced behaviour team and a pastoral administrator.You will be committed to comprehensive education and inclusion, withunrelentingly high expectations for every student. Working collaboratively withcolleagues, families and external partners, you will drive continualimprovements in behaviour and attitudes to learning.
