Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking an Asset Management - Proposal Associate to help win new business and retain existing clients.

You will draft client-focused RFP/RFI responses, maintain language and data templates, and coordinate draft and final documents with internal partners across regions. You will collaborate with Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, Portfolio Managers and Compliance to source data, tailor content, and ensure timely, accurate responses that meet client needs and

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with strong numeracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and stay responsive to client requests.
• Confidence to partner with stakeholders at all levels and manage priorities.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and risk/compliance basics.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook with willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate, compelling and client-focused RFP responses.
• Maintains product profiles and investment process language in the proposal system.
• Coordinates production, internal distribution and curation of draft and final RFPs and client documents.
• Responds to RFIs from prospective clients and consultants.
• Develops strong relationships with Global Institutional and Funds Sales teams and Client Service Teams.
• Gains broad knowledge of JPMAM's structure and services across regions; collaborates with colleagues globally.
• Interfaces with Sales, Portfolio Analysis, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Finance to gather data.
• Tailors responses to different client audiences and needs.
• Participates in activities related to the new business process and department function.
• Adheres to review procedures and keeps records according to policy.
• Implements processes to improve RFP production and success rates.
