Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Strategy Associate to support global leadership in solving strategic issues, from growth strategies to market entry planning and cross-functional initiatives.

You will perform market sizing analyses, build financial models in Excel, and prepare clear presentations in PowerPoint for senior management while engaging with client coverage and intra-LOB teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting with a top-tier firm or equivalent in asset & wealth management
• Ability to develop business insights with a hypothesis-driven mindset
• Ability to structure ambiguous situations using problem-solving frameworks
• Strong quantitative skills with complex model-building in Excel
• Ability to present clearly to senior management and build trusted partnerships

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive and market sizing analyses, profiling offerings and growth factors
• Identify and develop growth strategies based on customer segments and value propositions
• Model business decisions, costs, and financial impacts
• Define operating models and client coverage segments
• Engage in client meetings as subject matter experts
• Manage or facilitate inter-LOB initiatives
• Develop leadership communications and strategy materials for leadership events
