WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Asset Management Lead for the Nuclear/Defence sector. You will advise on long-term capital investment, lifecycle planning and regulatory compliance while leading a team of experts across asset management, information management and digital transformation.

You will drive business development, manage client relationships and deliver high-impact consultancy solutions, with a focus on safety, quality and sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in nuclear/defence engineering and infrastructure consulting.
• Ability to engage and present to clients; strong leadership and project management.

Aufgaben

• Grow this new advisory area by leading winning tender submissions and developing client relationships.
• Provide technical leadership in risk-based decision making and whole-life asset planning.
• Lead analytical teams to inform long-term capital investment programmes.
• Collaborate with clients to map current and desired asset management practices.
• Mentor staff, foster a high-performance culture, ensure SH&W requirements.
• Integrate technology (EAM/CMMS/DSTs) to enhance asset performance.
• Oversee projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and high client satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies and sustainability initiatives.
