Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Asset Management Lead for the Nuclear/Defence sector. You will shape asset management strategies, drive long-term capital investment planning and data-driven decision making, and lead senior teams to deliver high-impact consulting projects.

You will engage with government and private clients, apply EAM/CMMS/DSTs, and mentor staff while advancing regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives within a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent is expected.
• Extensive nuclear/defence engineering and infrastructure consulting experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 and asset lifecycle planning.
• Understanding of asset data systems and asset management tools.
• Ability to lead high-value tender submissions and client relationships.
• Security clearance scope possible without issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape asset management strategies across sectors.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to staff and clients.
• Manage long-term capital investment programmes and regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technology in asset management.
