Job summary

WSP is seeking a Technical Director in Asset Management to lead strategy, risk-based planning and advisory services for major infrastructure clients. You will shape long-term capital investment, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making across highways, rail, energy and utility sectors.

• Extensive asset management experience across infrastructure.
• Experience in strategy development and client leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 55000 and lifecycle investment planning.
• UK infrastructure regulatory frameworks familiarity.
• Chartered or Incorporated professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of asset management frameworks for infrastructure clients.
• Provide technical leadership on complex asset management projects and advisory commissions.
• Mentor consultants and manage multidisciplinary teams to delivery high-quality outcomes.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation in asset management.
• Build client relationships and represent WSP externally.
