Job summary

Zynga in London is seeking an ASO & Partnerships leader to drive organic growth across Merge Dragons, Monster Legends, Dragon City, FarmVille titles and more. You will own store optimization end‑to‑end and manage partnerships with Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store and Amazon Appstore.

You’ll lead a team to improve organic visibility, store conversion, and featuring, while collaborating with Product, Creative, UA, and Data teams to unlock sustainable growth and top‑of‑funnel impact.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in ASO or mobile growth for freemium games.
• Proven track record across multiple markets and titles.
• Established relationships with platform partner teams (Apple, Google, Microsoft and/or Amazon).
• Strong experience with store listing experiments and A/B testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of app store algorithms and platform merchandising.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align cross‑functional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ASO strategy for the portfolio, driving organic installs and store conversion.
• Define yearly growth roadmap including localization, seasonal, and launch strategies.
• Manage platform partnership strategy and secure featuring opportunities.
• Lead relationships with Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store and Amazon Appstore partner teams.
• Mentor ASO managers, specialists, and analysts to build career growth and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with Creative, UA, Product and Data teams to improve full‑funnel visibility.
• Establish measurement frameworks to attribute organic uplift and quantify impact of ASO initiatives.
