Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Scotland is recruiting for an Area Fleet Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead fleet sales, build relationships with customers, leasing partners and retailers, and deliver annual targets across your area.

Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will develop territory plans, present compelling proposals and drive initiatives to grow market share while upholding a customer-first approach and high service standards.

Qualificações

• A strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Good commercial judgement and the ability to spot opportunities.
• Great relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or a similar commercial role.
