Hall & Kay delivers complex fire protection and security solutions to protect clients. The Finance Analytics role will analyse financial and operational data to drive profitability and efficiency across service lines and regions.

You will translate data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders, support business cases for new services and contracts, and automate reporting to improve accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial analysis or commercial finance within a service organisation.
• Experience with large datasets and reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel with data modelling and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
• Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to drive decisions.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
