The role emphasizes advanced Excel, BI tools, and forecasting, with responsibility for dashboards, KPIs, and business case support across services and contracts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in financial analysis, management accounting, business analysis, or commercial finance within a service organisation
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, formulas and data modelling
• Experience with business intelligence/visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau) and large datasets
• Understanding of financial statements, management accounting principles and cost analysis
• Statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative cross-functional work experience
• Commercial acumen to understand business drivers
• Attention to data accuracy and integrity

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports against budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor key financial metrics across service lines and regions.
• Analyse operational metrics such as service delivery efficiency, utilization, productivity, quality indicators and customer satisfaction.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and projects.
• Track and report on operational KPIs with dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with operations, service delivery, sales and leadership teams.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Support business case development for new services, contracts, and investments.
• Provide analytical support during contract negotiations and pricing reviews.
• Maintain and enhance reporting systems, dashboards and data visualisation tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sources; automate routine reporting.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses in response to management requests.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytical processes and decision-making tools.
