Job summary
Hall & Kay is seeking a Finance Analyst to analyse financial and operational data, delivering actionable insights to drive business performance and strategic decisions. The role bridges finance, operations, and business units to optimise profitability and efficiency.
You will prepare monthly to annual reports, identify variances and trends, and support cost analyses and reporting improvements across the organization.
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Understanding of financial statements and cost analysis.
- SQL or database querying experience is desirable.
- Experience handling large datasets and reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
- Identify variances, trends, and drivers across service lines and regions.
- Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Analyse operational metrics like service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop ad-hoc analyses and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Support business cases for new services, contracts, and investments.
