Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Financial Services AI Programme. The role leads business analysis within an assigned workstream, translating business needs and regulatory requirements into defined capabilities, processes and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document, validate and manage business requirements, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate policies, standards and regulatory obligations into clear, actionable requirements for business processes and controls.
• Experience defining requirements for AI-enabled solutions and responsible AI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities within an AI Programme workstream, from discovery through design, testing and implementation.
• Engage stakeholders and SMEs to understand needs, objectives, problems and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and elicitation activities to clarify complex requirements and validate solutions.
• Document, analyse and manage requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into actionable processes, technology solutions and controls.
• Maintain traceability, prioritisation and change control throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, technology teams and data specialists to align with programme objectives.
• Support governance, risk, control and assurance throughout delivery.
