Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support key outcomes within a Financial Services AI Programme. You will lead business analysis activities within an assigned workstream, translating business needs and regulatory requirements into clearly defined capabilities, processes and delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, product managers, technology and data specialists to shape AI-enabled solutions, ensuring governance, risk, and assurance requirements are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis principles and methods.
• Desirable: certifications such as BCS or IIBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis within an AI Programme workstream from discovery to design and implementation.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders, document use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate regulatory and policy requirements into actionable requirements for processes and controls.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be process models incorporating AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, technology teams, data specialists and delivery teams.
