Job summary

Mars is seeking a Procurement Transformation Lead to drive Source-to-Contract improvements across direct and indirect spend. The role sits within the central transformation team with potential movement into a Commercial delivery role in a Mars business unit.

London preferred, with permanent status and cross‑functional collaboration across regions and segments. You will define methodology, guardrails, playbooks, and ensure contracts are aligned with the new operating model while maintaining scale

Qualifications

Experience in procurement / category management with direct and indirect spend.
Experience with large-scale transformation and procurement operating-model changes.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the supplier contract inventory across direct and indirect spend.
Define renewal and change options, including assignment/novation and service arrangements.
Lead a no-regret contract renovation programme for future-proof terms.
Quantify transformation impact on scale and value for business cases and governance.
Define interim and target buying operating models and procure-to-pay flows.
Define and test adjusted Source-to-Contract processes with ERP and procurement tools.
