Job summary

Mars Food & Nutrition seeks a Technical Lead for Generative AI & Cloud Technologies to drive enterprise AI and cloud-native solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Data, AI and Enterprise Architecture, you will guide architecture and collaborate with the Global DT team to enable connected enterprise experiences.

You will lead rapid prototyping of AI-driven solutions, design robust architectures, and evaluate new technologies to keep Mars ahead in digital innovations.

Qualifications

8–14 years software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership or architecture.
Experience designing secure, high-availability, high-volume deployments.
AI/ML and enterprise-scale SaaS AI platforms experience.
Azure or GCP with Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, IAM, networks and secure storage.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems like Microsoft, Workday or SAP.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development and implementation of technology initiatives aligned with goals.
Rapid prototyping with PoCs/MVPs using emerging AI models and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define specs.
Create high-level and detailed architecture designs focused on performance and security.
Maintain architecture standards, guidelines and roadmaps.
