Job summary

Mars seeks a Brand Insights & AI Innovation Manager to elevate the corporate brand through data-driven storytelling. You will define audience insights, build AI-enabled analytics and lead an internal CoE within Corporate Affairs, collaborating across brand, external and internal comms and public affairs.

Based in Chicago or London with onsite work, you will partner with the CA leadership to accelerate reputation impact, manage a learning plan, and drive adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience in consumer insights.
• Experience across a range of FMCG categories/brands.
• Corporate brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define target audience profiles and illuminate insights across Mars corporate brand stakeholders.
• Establish a quantitative framework to evaluate trust and reputational impact with leadership.
• Partner with CA to define and execute an annual consumer learning plan and manage its budget.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate AI tools and workflows to boost data analytics and efficiency.
• Build and lead the AI Capability Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive adoption across communications activities.
