• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and data-backed hiring approaches.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, AI-powered sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, closing.
• Build qualified, diverse talent pipelines via market mapping and direct sourcing.
• Embed AI tools and talent tech into daily workflow to speed up candidate discovery and communications.
• Utilize ATS/talent platforms to track analytics, pipeline health, and data integrity.
• Facilitate structured, bias-conscious hiring processes to promote fairness and quality of hire.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised experiences to candidates and hiring teams at every stage.
• Lead or contribute to hiring strategy discussions and tech-enabled sourcing experiments.
