Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes seeks an AI Centre of Excellence Lead to shape our AI strategy and establish a new function across the organisation. You will influence strategy, drive innovation and help improve services for thousands of customers in Plymouth.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver measurable business value, ensuring ethical and responsible AI adoption, governance, and risk management while enabling people to embrace change and realise positive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in AI and technology, including practical experience.
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into practical solutions for business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Plymouth Community Homes' AI strategy.
• Establish and lead the AI Centre of Excellence.
• Drive adoption of generative and agentic AI across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and customer experience using AI.
