Northern Trust Corporation seeks an ECM Head of Innovation to lead AI-enabled transformation, design scalable change programs, and partner across architecture, engineering and business teams for sustained value realization.

The role focuses on embedding AI copilots, automation, and data-driven workflows while aligning with regulatory requirements and enterprise change management practices. Hybrid work model in the UK is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field; advanced PM/OCM credentials are preferred.
• Proven experience in executing AI models and tooling within change management context.
• Strong change management principles and practical application for automation and AI enablement.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing complex workflows.

• Design and implement future-state operating models leveraging AI to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Embed AI and automation within ECM delivery pillars and business teams to optimize workflows.
