VWFS UK is seeking an AI & Technology Innovation Lead to translate our AI strategy into practical, high-value initiatives. You will collaborate with business, engineering and governance teams to deliver AI projects from concept through to adoption.

The role requires strong AI know-how, strategic thinking and excellent communication to articulate value, manage risk and drive responsible, enterprise-wide AI adoption within a hybrid working model in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and delivering AI, data or technology use cases into production.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI and automation technologies.
• Broad understanding of enterprise technology, including data, cloud, architecture and security.

• Turn AI strategy into action, prioritising high-value opportunities.
• Act as a trusted AI expert on AI and emerging technologies.
• Shape and deliver AI use cases from idea through to adoption.
