The role focuses on growing accounts within a defined territory through sale of engine parts, airframe parts, repairs, and assets. Candidates should be analytical and driven to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or account management preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and targets to develop a strategy.
• Manage weekly operational rhythms and inside support as required.
• Use negotiation strategies to win business.
• Identify new business opportunities based on market intelligence.
• Review bid packages with management and lead contract negotiations.
• Assist inside account manager with resolving customer issues.
