Job summary

PJT Partners in London seeks an Associate focused on Power, Utilities & Renewables to help expand the platform through deal execution and business development.

You will work with lean deal teams and senior practitioners, conducting due diligence, valuation, modelling, and client communications. The role involves preparing analyses and participating in negotiations with top-tier clients.

The opportunity offers exposure to major infrastructure transactions within a global advisory platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure / power & utilities investment banking experience.
• Strong finance/accounting background.
• Resume must be in PDF format.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure, and recommend financial and strategic alternatives for deals.
• Lead day-to-day execution of transactions including due diligence and valuation.
• Perform financial analysis and build quantitative models for target opportunities.
• Prepare written analyses and client-ready materials.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
