Qualifications

• Significant Investment Banking experience with a strong track record in Power and Renewables across products.
• Proven project leadership and process management skills; ability to run multiple cross-border transactions under tight timelines.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities, including expert Excel modelling and valuation.
• Demonstrated origination contribution (idea generation, relationship development, pitch leadership) and an ability to convert opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly and defend recommendations.
• Proactive ownership mindset; highly organised, detail-oriented and decisive.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the origination and execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions across Power and Renewables.
• Oversee and review financial analysis, valuation and modelling (DCF, trading and transaction comps, merger models, LBOs, accretion/dilution).
• Develop and present strategic advice and materials to clients, including board-level executives.
• Coordinate workstreams with internal product partners and external advisers across jurisdictions.
• Drive marketing initiatives, pitches and thought leadership tailored to subsector dynamics.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; set quality standards and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, strong client relationships and adherence to internal risk, conduct and compliance requirements.
