• Be sitting in an Analyst 3 or Associate or equivalent position within a tier-one M&A team or investment fund with prior banking experience
• Have an in-depth understanding of the renewable energy, energy transition, or power & transport markets with a proven deal track record
• Possess an exceptionally strong analytical skill set, including building models from scratch
• A degree in finance, engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
