Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution on live transactions including M&A and capital markets
• Manage analysts and associates; collaborate with cross‑border colleagues and product teams
• Develop strategic client materials and contribute to pipeline development
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high‑quality deliverables and compliance
