Job summary

M3 EU is seeking a seasoned pharma/healthcare B2B sales professional to drive growth across named accounts and broaden European engagement with digital solutions. You will craft strategic proposals and lead high-impact campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.

Success requires robust relationship building, a credible track record in pharma sales, and the ability to navigate C-suite discussions while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales excellence in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience selling digital pharma solutions with credible close.
• Strong network across pharma/healthcare; ability to engage C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and gross margin targets within named accounts.
• Lead and prioritize opportunities; align with project management.
• Develop strategic sales plans and account reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients through meetings and correspondence.
• Create strategic, non-transactional proposals to address client needs.
• Manage campaigns, ensure delivery, and grow existing business.
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and revenues.
• Represent M3 at exhibitions and conferences.
