All Global, part of M3 Inc., is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead strategic growth across priority client verticals. You will drive new business, expand existing accounts, and partner with delivery teams to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate has a strong network, exceptional closing ability, and 5+ years in sales leadership, with a proven record of exceeding targets and shaping multi-million-dollar deals within global healthcare markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.
• Over $5MM in recorded invoiced sales in All Global or 10+ years in sales.
• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record in securing new business and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead All Global sales and marketing initiatives and achieve financial goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts for growth.
• Mentor delivery teams and align strategies to client needs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue, margins, and performance quarterly.
• Represent the company on client meetings and industry events.
