Job summary

Office Angels in Wimbledon is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Executive to join a busy sales and customer service team. You will handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and website channels, nurture relationships, and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

You will maintain CRM records, process orders accurately, support outbound campaigns and invoicing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or customer advisory roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
