Job summary

Assured Data Protection Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure value from our backup and data protection solutions. You will be the primary contact, manage service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and performance expectations.

The role involves proactive prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to hit sales targets, with hybrid working options and occasional vendor-office visits.

Qualifications

• Experience selling backup as a service.
• Experience working for VAR/MSP.
• Willing to commute to vendor offices once a fortnight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads in backup and data protection.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and tailor backup solutions with proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, channel and technical teams for onboarding.
