Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Legal team in Birmingham. You will own a defined portfolio of strategic legal sector customers, drive adoption of IQ Legal, and manage the full commercial sales cycle from identification to close.

You'll build trusted relationships, develop account plans, and collaborate with Product, Solutions and Finance to deliver measurable business value and long-term growth for customers and OneAdvanced.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and growing complex B2B customer portfolios in the legal sector or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading strategic customer conversations that influence technology investment.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills and a history of achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships across a portfolio of strategic legal sector customers.
• Own the full commercial sales cycle from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close.
• Lead account reviews, health checks and business planning sessions to understand customer priorities.
• Drive software adoption and demonstrate value to customers.
