Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a highly strategic New Business Director (Global) to shape growth, win high-value opportunities, and deepen client relationships across markets. You will design integrated solutions, craft compelling narratives, and lead multi-disciplinary pitches with senior stakeholders.

Reporting into the Global Chief Growth Officer and collaborating with the Global Chief Client Officer, you will build a repeatable growth engine, define go-to-market propositions, and scale impact

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in new business, growth or strategy within creative environments.
• Exceptional strategic thinking to define how opportunities are won.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling for high-value, multi-disciplinary pitches.
• Proven leadership of large, complex pitch processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client relationship skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Comfortable operating at pace with ownership mindset and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for priority, high-value opportunities and winning approaches.
• Lead the narrative quality and standard across assigned pitches.
• Design end-to-end client solutions including operating models and value propositions.
• Lead on growth innovation, exploring AI and new technologies to enhance capability.
• Partner with Global Growth and Client leaders to drive strategic growth across markets.
• Mentor teams and embed best practices to scale impact across the network.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding strategic insights and opportunities.
