Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Library Assistant on a temporary, ad hoc basis to support Havering libraries across various shifts. You will assist library users, deliver friendly customer service, and help with IT inquiries using the library management system.

You will also read aloud to children, run storytime and rhyme sessions, and help with daily library operations. This role is ideal for someone with library experience who enjoys working with the public and flexible hours across Havering.

Qualifications

• Experience in public or library settings is desirable.
