Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in the United Kingdom is seeking a front-facing Stores Representative to maintain high standards, ensure product availability and deliver savings to the Client. You will issue stock, source supplier catalogues, record deliveries in the stock control system, perform stock checks and participate in site meetings.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and good IT skills, with SAP experience desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Accurate stock control record keeping and documentation.
• SAP experience is desirable but not essential; strong IT literacy helps.

Responsibilities

• Issue stock products to the Client.
• Source and provide supplier catalogues and product references.
• Expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Record goods delivered into the stock control system.
• Release products on back order for delivery to the Client.
• Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintain housekeeping to Company standards.
• Attend site meetings to discuss issues and follow up as needed.
• Carry out other duties consistent with the role and deliver excellent Client experience.
