Job summary

A leading international power generation specialist located in Stockport is looking for a Stores Person to join their team permanently and full-time. The successful candidate will handle the processing of orders, verify goods upon delivery, operate a forklift, and maintain an organized working environment. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a warehouse or stores department, effective IT skills, and a valid forklift truck license. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse or stores department.
• Effective IT skills including competency in Microsoft Office.
• GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent required.
• A valid forklift truck licence and full driving licence are needed.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received by the Stores Department.
• Check and verify goods upon arrival.
• Organise timely distribution of items from inventory.
• Operate a forklift to transport and receive materials.
• Maintain an organised and efficient working environment.
