Job summary

Atlas NextWave based in Ulverston is seeking a motivated Storesperson to join the Materials & Logistics team. This hands-on role supports receipt, storage, control and issue of materials to meet production and delivery needs.

You will work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing and Quality teams to maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks and ensure safe, organized storage across designated locations. Forklift experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous stores, warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to learn products, processes and systems.
• Capable of working independently once trained.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and book in incoming materials and goods.
• Accurately pick, pack and issue materials to support production requirements.

Hours: 37 per week

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Storesperson to join the Materials & Logistics team. This is a hands-on role supporting the efficient receipt, storage, control and issue of materials, ensuring production and customer delivery requirements are met.

Working closely with a range of internal teams, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, support stock management activities and contribute to the smooth flow of materials throughout the business.

What We're Looking For

• Forklift truck licence advantageous but not essential.
