Ethero is recruiting a Stores Assistant for a busy manufacturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent. You will support materials flow, operate a counterbalance forklift, and handle stock in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasises accurate stock movement records, teamwork with production, and a reliable, daytime Monday–Friday schedule in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy manufacturing stores environment
• Valid, in-date external counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment to working Monday to Friday during daytime hours

Responsibilities

• Lifting, stacking, and organizing materials and parts efficiently
• Picking and preparing parts for production as required
• General stores duties including stock management, inventory checks, and ensuring cleanliness of the stores area

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report any discrepancies

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Stores Assistant to join our busy manufacturing environment in the Stoke on Trent area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, supporting the smooth flow of materials and parts within the stores.

Key Responsibilities:
