Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited is seeking a Stores Coordinator to supervise the store, ensure the right parts are available for tasks, and manage day-to-day operations for efficient service delivery. The role requires supervisory experience, good IT and stock control skills, and a valid UK driving licence.

You will oversee stock procurement, hazardous materials handling, and coordination with maintenance teams while ensuring compliance and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English; IT skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong inventory, warehousing and stock procurement understanding.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines; customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organise the store to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, staff and service delivery to customers.
• Ensure smooth supply, receipt, issuing, procurement and replenishment of stock and equipment.
• Coordinate stock takes, vehicle stock checks and stock layout; dispatch goods to engineers.
