Job summary

VIVO Defence Services at RAF Lakenheath is seeking a highly organised Storeperson to join the operations team. The role focuses on managing stock from receipt through to storage, issue and distribution, supporting safe and efficient service delivery.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, maintaining accuracy, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring materials are available when needed to keep essential services running.

Qualifications

• > Previous experience in stores, warehouse, logistics or inventory environment.
• > Comfortable with stock control or inventory management systems.
• > Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day stores operations and ensure stock is received, stored, issued and tracked accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers and project teams.
• Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure safe storage of materials, including hazardous substances, in line with COSHH and company procedures.
