Job summary

You will be responsible for stock control, supplier liaison, goods reception, purchase orders and regular stock checks to keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people.
• Comfort using IT systems and MS Office applications.
• Experience with stock management and maintenance of accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock by booking out parts and processing returns, including PPE distribution across sites.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive and check goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and are recorded in the system.
• Raise purchase orders and arrange logistics for deliveries using established methods.
• Support invoice queries and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
